So much has happened in the past two weeks. Two weeks ago, I waved goodbye to my friends, looking forward to seeing them in a week. But a week’s wait, now turns into six months. A week ago, we were notified by the University of an extended break and a transition to online classes for the remainder of the semester. Last Friday, I cleared my dorm and packed my bags, leaving my dorm two months early unable to say goodbye to my roommates. Sophomore year seems to have ended abruptly.
Amid the sea of uncertainty, I have been enjoying my time at home, finding joy in doing nothing. As I was trying to think of a topic to write about for this blog, I realized that I have been surrounded by art more than ever during my time under quarantine at home thanks to my artsy friends. With more time on their hands, my artsy friends have all seemed to decide that this is the perfect time to build their passion for drawing so as a result my instagram feed is filled with their imaginative creations that I would like to share with you all.

In addition, thanks to a lot of trends on Instagram, I have also had a hand in doodling random fruits and vegetables.
Finally, with more time on my hand and motivated by my passionate friends, I have also decided to resume posting on my food instagram of all the food pictures I have accumulated in the past few months.

Although, this quarantine season seems to have put a pause on our fast paced academic routine, it seems to have clicked resume on life. I hope everyone is enjoying this much needed break and has found the time to breath, rest, and maybe pick up a new/old hobby. Wishing everyone health c: Wash your hands and stay home!
