Hellzapoppin’

The movie Hellzapoppin’ has within it one of the most iconic Lindy Hop routines ever filmed. Because it is from 1941, it was filmed in black and white, but it was recently colorized thanks to a program that seems very similar to the one that transformed the Lumière Brothers’ train footage into HD. The colorized footage brings the dancers to life in a way I’ve never been able to see before!
